Need custom apparel for your business, school, team, organization, event, or group? We can help!
The Red Rival offers custom apparel printing using your completed artwork. Whether you need a handful of shirts or a larger group order, our Custom Order Forms make it easier to send us everything we need to accurately quote and produce your order.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Have Your Design Ready
Custom artwork must be completed before submitting your order information. We do not typically create custom artwork in-house, but we have a list of trusted artwork partners who can help create or customize a design for you. Our trusted artwork partners infomation page is stored on our RoosterDTF.com website, where we take our DTF transfer orders, the link below will direct you to our Rooster website.

You are also welcome to use your own designer or purchase/customize artwork through another source.
2. Complete a Custom Order Form
Download and complete a Custom Order Form for each design, garment style, and garment color you would like us to produce. Please email the completed form(s) to support@theredrival.com
For example, if you want the same design printed on a black t-shirt and a grey crewneck sweatshirt, please complete two separate forms.
Each form allows you to provide:
Design mockup
Garment brand & style
Garment color
Sizes & quantities
Print placement
Design file link
Additional production notes
3. How to send your artwork to us
We recommend uploading your completed, print-ready artwork to Google Drive and including the shared link on your order form.
Please make sure your sharing permissions allow us to access and download the file. You can also attach the PNG file to the email with the completed form, if needed.
4. Email Your Completed Forms
Once your forms are complete, download them as PDF files and email the completed forms to us along with any additional information about your order.

IMPORTANT
Submitting a Custom Order Form does not place your order or guarantee availability.
Once we receive your information, our team will review the request, confirm garment availability, provide pricing if needed, and send an invoice for your order.
Production does not begin until your order has been approved and payment arrangements have been completed.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
For the best print quality, artwork should be submitted as a high-resolution, print-ready file with a transparent background.
We print the artwork provided to us, so please carefully review spelling, colors, artwork quality, and design details before submitting your files.
