Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section. We understand that you may have questions about our products, services, policies, or other aspects of our business. To assist you, we have compiled a list of common questions and provided detailed answers below. If you have a question that is not addressed here, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance. We typically try to respond to messages within 2 business days. We only respond to messages during business hours. We operate Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Many questions can be answered by reading through the topics listed below.
Communication:Â Please DO NOT send a personal PM to the owner on social media, we have messages coming from multiple communication methods. It's best to send an email so we can respond to all inquires at one time during the day. It's likely that PM's, business messages, etc will get lost or forgotten. EMAIL IS THE ONLY ACCEPTED COMMUNICATION METHOD. Please send all messages to support@theredrival.com
Do you offer local pickup?
The Red Rival offers FREE local pick-up in the Maryville, MO area! If you are not picking up locally, shipping will be charged. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. The Red Rival is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout. Our pickup hours are daily from 8am-8pm CST.
What is your Turn-Around-Time (TAT)?
TAT will be posted on the website banner, all items are all made to order. Please know the turn around times are approximate and all items are made to order, and issues can arise. We will do our part in keeping customers updated through fb group posts. The turnaround time starts the next business day after your order is placed. Please check your email for shipping notifications before emailing us for an update. Please check the website banner for our current turnaround time, if you don't have a shipping email yet, please plan for your order to ship by the end of the last business day in our current turnaround time. You might need to check your spam/junk/promotions folders for a shipping notification email.
When are invoices due?
If you are manually invoiced for something, invoices are due to be paid within 12 hours of receiving the invoice. If invoices are not paid within 12 hours the invoice will be cancelled and the item will either be released back into inventory, or the item will not be ordered if it's a pre-order.
When will my order ship?
If you have placed an order with multiple items on the order, the order will NOT ship until I have ALL the items on hand and ready to ship. If you want items to ship as they come in, please order each item on a separate order. TAT will be posted on the website banner, all items are all made to order. The turnaround time starts the next business day after your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
NO CHANGES/CANCELATIONS:Â Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to edit the order in anyway. We also cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you forget to add notes to an order, we are not able to go back in and add notes. We will not be making any edits/changes/cancelations/etc to an order once it has been placed.
How do your t-shirts fit?
Most of our t-shirts are unisex and true to size. Please read each product description for sizing details on each specific item.
Do you take custom requests?
We are unable to make any design or style changes. We are not currently accepting any custom requests.
Tracking:Â
If you're tracking isn't moving through the carriers system, and seems to be stuck in transit, please try calling your local Post Office to have them check on the package, to see why it seems to be stuck. Also, if your tracking shows the package has been delivered, please try calling your local post office to find out where the package might have been left.
How do I check on my existing order?
All questions regarding existing orders must be emailed to support@theredrival.com.Â
