No. We do not offer refunds of any kind. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Only the following items may qualify for return:

All returns must meet our return conditions and be approved in advance.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or the date the order was marked “Ready for Pickup.”

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Items with stains, odors (smoke, deodorant, pet hair), signs of wear, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

No. We do not process direct exchanges. Approved returns will receive store credit, which can be used to place a new order.

Once a package is marked delivered, The Red Rival is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist in filing a UPS claim when applicable.

Due to ongoing USPS service issues, we ship exclusively via UPS, except for PO Box addresses, to provide more reliable delivery and improved customer support through our dedicated UPS representative.

For rural or remote delivery addresses where shipping carriers apply additional or extended-area surcharges, The Red Rival will select the most cost-effective shipping method available for the order. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and are based on delivery location, package size, and weight, and may vary by address.

Order cancellations are not encouraged. Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders cannot be canceled once supplies or materials have been ordered or production has begun.

🚫 No. Order modifications are not allowed under any circumstances.

This includes size changes, color changes, address updates, quantity changes, or add-ons. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Modifying orders disrupts our production workflow and increases the risk of errors, delays, and wasted supplies. This policy helps us maintain accuracy and fast turnaround times for all customers.

Yes!

  • Orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Orders under $100 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Yes! Free local pickup is available in Maryville, MO.

Simply select Local Pickup during checkout. Your order will be processed as normal, and ready for pickup within our current posted turnaround timeframe in our website banner. All items are made to order, selecting local pickup does not mean your order will be ready sooner.

Once your order is marked "ready for pickup" you will receive a notification that provides all pickup details including location and pickup timeframes.

Pickup orders must be collected within 5 days of being marked Ready for Pickup.

Orders not picked up within 6 months will be donated.

No refunds or store credit will be issued for unclaimed pickup orders.

Most of our products (99%) are made-to-order.

  • Our current turnaround time is always displayed in the banner at the top of our website.
  • Turnaround time begins the next business day after your order is placed.
  • Once your order ships or is marked Ready for Pickup, you will receive an email with tracking information or pickup instructions.

Made-to-Order

  • The majority of our items (99%) are made after you place your order.
  • Turnaround time is posted in the website banner.
  • Processing begins the next business day after purchase.

Ready-to-Ship

  • These items are already in stock.
  • Orders containing only Ready-to-Ship items ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted (such as during a vacation closure).
  • If Ready-to-Ship items are ordered with Made-to-Order items, the entire order will ship once the Made-to-Order items are complete.

Preorders

  • Preorder items have longer, item-specific turnaround times, clearly listed in the product description.
  • Preorders cannot be combined with other items in the same order.

  • Ships (with tracking details), or
  • Is marked Ready for Pickup

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label before the order can be resent.
