The Red Rival Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Red Rival. We strive for transparency and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
🚫 We do NOT offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Return Eligibility
The ONLY items eligible for return are:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Items received damaged
- Items purchased at full retail price
All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.
Items That DO NOT Qualify for a Return of Any Kind
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Discounted items
- Doorbusters
- Flash Sale items
- Closeout items
- Holiday items
- Seasonal items
- Preorders
- Deal of the Day items
- Items purchased using coupon codes or store credit
- Orders placed using store credit from a previous return
- Custom-made items, including occupation-related designs
- Jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Candles
- Lotions & Skincare
Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date or date the order was marked "Ready for Pickup." We will allow exceptions during the holiday season, due to gift purchases.
- Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We cannot accept items with stains, odors (e.g., smoke, deodorant, pet hair), or signs of wear.
- Items that have been worn or have missing tags are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@theredrival.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We are a small business and do not have a dedicated customer service team.

- Once approved, you will receive return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package your item(s) and include:
- Original packing slip or
- A note with your name, email, order number, and reason for return

Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The Red Rival is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Store Credit:
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit (via gift card or coupon code).
- We will not process an exchange on a returned item, you will receive a store credit, and you will be able to submit a new order and apply the store credit to it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.
- Note: Color and pattern variations due to photography or monitor settings are not considered defects. If you paid full price for the item, you are welcome to send the item back for a store credit.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages & Shipping Carriers
The Red Rival is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked delivered. However, we will assist customers in locating packages and filing a claim with UPS when applicable.
Due to ongoing USPS service issues, we ship exclusively via UPS, except for PO Box addresses, to provide more reliable delivery and improved customer support through our dedicated UPS representative.
For rural or remote delivery addresses where shipping carriers apply additional or extended-area surcharges, The Red Rival will select the most cost-effective shipping method available for the order. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and are based on delivery location, package size, and weight, and may vary by address.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not encouraged, and excessive cancellations may result in account termination. We understand that situations may arise; however, the following conditions apply:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved order cancellations to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.

Orders cannot be canceled once supplies or materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Order Modifications
🚫 Order modifications are NOT allowed under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our internal processing workflow. Locating, altering, or modifying an order creates a high risk for errors, delays, and supply waste. For this reason:

No changes, add-ons, edits, or substitutions are permitted after checkout.

Size changes

Adding items to an existing order

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Repeat Returns:
- We are a small business, and we kindly ask for your understanding. If you return more than 3Â orders, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit for the 6th and subsequent returns.
Non-Compliance:
- The Red Rival reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements or was sent back without prior authorization.
